The Charlatan

Mastigos who carried out the bombing of the Boston Consilium

Who he is or who he is affiliated with remains unknown, but “The Charlatan,” as he was called by Poena, spirit of punishment, was the man who carried out the bombing of the Boston Consilium, at the behest – or perhaps simply in partnership with – a contact in Manhattan.

He is said to be a Mastigos, and is apparently versed in death, as he seized the ghosts the bomb created.

Trikephalos found the Charlatan in the tomb of a long-dead Seer Minister of Paternoster, and discovered that he was hired through the apostate Aleo by a Scelestus named Proditor.

He was killed by Alastor for his crimes.
